The fitness & relaxation activities, accessible with the FitLad Pass, are aimed at all levels and are supervised by our experienced coaches as part of a balanced programme spread out over the week.

Other activities included

The MyTignes card, included in the FitLad Pass, gives free access to 20 activities (swimming pool, tennis, water sports centre, beach volleyball, archery, etc.) and certain lifts for access to hiking trails and mountain bike routes.

Fit Lad Mountain

Welcome !

Fit Lad Mountain is a unique gay event week in Europe, focused on fitness, relaxation and mountain discovery in summer.

Organised by the European Snow Pride, it takes place in the sporty and gay friendly resort of Tignes in a majestic natural setting around the lake of Tignes in the protected Vanoise Massif offering a magnificent panorama of the surrounding mountains.

Our 2-star host hotel Terril Blanc is located in Tignes le Lac, directly on the shore of the lake.
