Welcome Cocktail

Free access to our Welcome Cocktail. This is the first opportunity of the week for guests to get to know each other and to meet the team, who will quickly introduce the week’s programme.

Fitness activities

Access to our daily sessions of pilates, abs and glutes workout, body sculpt, muscle strengthening, running, stretching/yoga.

Free prior registration required on site for each session.

Lounge sessions

Free access to our After Sport lounge sessions with DJ on the terrace of our hotel, by the lake, to have a drink and get to know each other.

PROGRAMME

Every day from Monday to Friday, with a free day on Saturday, we offer 2 parallel sessions in the morning between 10:30 and 11:30 and 2 parallel sessions in the afternoon between 14:30 and 15:30.

 

The schedule has been designed with our professional coaches who specialise in their discipline, so that you can balance your sessions between cardio and strength and get the most out of your week.

 

The activities will take place outdoors, on the green spaces on the edge of the Tignes lake, near our hotel, the Terril Blanc.

 

Registration for sessions will take place on the day of arrival.
